The Sony DCR S32 Camcorder is a compact, easy to use camcorder with superb image quality. It has a long recording time and battery life. You can record up to 20 hours and 50 minutes on the Sony DCR S32 Camcorder. Footage can be viewed on the camcorder itself, via a television set, or downloaded to your computer with ease. You can even slot in a memory stick for still photos. The lens is a very high quality Carl Zeiss® Vario-Tessar® lens that has a 40 times optical zoom. It comes equipped with enhanced wide angle, which improves you viewable area by 20%. This is ideal if you are shooting indoors and need to fit a lot into the shoot. The display is a high quality 2.5 inch colour LCD screen, with touch screen controls.
A Handycam Station is supplied with the Sony DCR S32 Camcorder, making it ultra easy to burn straight to DVD, or backup video footage to your computer. The Handycam Station also acts as a charger.
STAMINIA technology ensures that you will get 90 to 100 hours of continuous recording from the supplied NPFH100 battery. This can be improved to up to 10 hours of life by using the new-generation H-Series Info LITHIUMTM NPFH100 battery.
The Sony DCR S32 Camcorder uses SteadyShot technology to reduce handshake, producing much more stable images. It also has built in nightshot, giving you the facility to take close ups in poor lighting conditions.
